I can't imagine what my life would be like if I hadn't stumbled upon the Dreambook & Planner in 2017 all because a friend liked the Dragontree on Facebook. Using the Dreambook led me to all of the other books, courses, and now to Illuminator training. It's been amazing to witness the growth and evolution of the Dragontree! Every interaction with staff I have had has always been so kind, it's more than customer service, it's a love of their job and the company. Congratulations, Dragontree on an amazing 20 years!

Happy 20th anniversary Dragontree! We couldn’t have hoped for a better neighbor. Your generosity towards us at Friendly House has been steadfast and abundant. We remember when you treated our Latina women’s art therapy group to a free spa day. You understood the value of a day of self-care for a group of caretakers who would never have been able to access it on their own. That day has turned out to be just one small instance in Dragontree’s practice of giving and showing up when it counts. You know what it means to be part of a neighborhood community, and we look forward to many more years in partnership! Congrats!
My name is Andréa Nicole. I had 4 beautiful years at the Dragontree Spa. I began my work as a part time Esthetician at their Portland Airport location. I quickly went to full time Lead Esthetician in their NW Thurman location.
My memories of my time there are treasures. I had the best opportunity to work with beautiful, talented and generous people. The clients were so special to me. I believe that my passion for skincare grew and really took off there. The Dragontree was a place that I felt nurtured as I worked. I am so grateful for having been part of Briana and Peter’s dream for The Dragontree Spa. It is wonderful to be part of a place that serves the community and offers sanctuary.

Briana and Peter marry
The Bortens celebrate the birth of their first child, Phoenix Borten
The Bortens buyout Briana’s business partner, and Peter becomes co-owner of the Dragontree
Dragontree Spa renovation to remove dance/yoga space to install locker rooms, showers, saunas, office space, and increase the number of treatment rooms
